Not adults who offend, but children who offend other children. And I do agree that there are many adult predators lurking about our neighborhoods and hiding behind bushes waiting to take advantage of our youth. My experience tells me that most offenses start within the home. Many of the stories start with when I was playing my Ps3 or he was playing the Xbox. These games have been used as grooming tools between siblings, cousins and friends. I am not against these games and have often enjoyed playing them.Teen Violence is a social problem because it effects society as a whole. But children are angry. They are being picked on at school by their peers and by some teachers. Unfortunately parents do not always understand and are often afraid of them. The need to fit in and lonliness leads are children to gangs and unhealthy sexual relationships. Teenagers often have a life that their parents know nothing about. So Q? Should you keep your children inside to protect them from the world A? Only if you know what is going on inside and with whom they are interacting. It is so important to listen to what they have to say.....Thank you for commenting
